shipping costs are higher when shipping outside the U.S., we must charge international

us what you'd like to purchases. Be sure to include your shipping information. We'll email
you a Pay Pal invoice so you can place your order online. It is not necessary to have a Pay

You always have the choice to either accept or decline the shipping charge quote we offer.
Most orders are shipped within two days after receiving payment. Payments by check
may take up to one week, as we will need to wait for the check to clear the bank before
shipping. We offer Free Shipping for orders totaling $150.00 or more when shipping
within the continental US. This offer is limited to Parcel Post,First Class, Priority Mail and
UPS Ground does not include Express mailings. Please contact us by email if you wish to

Return Policy
All our products have a 30-day guarantee, if you purchased the products from us. If you
are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return them within 30 days of the date of
your Sales Receipt/Invoice. This does not include S/H to or from you. If for any reason you
wish to return an item please email us at doba@mail.com to obtain this return number.
Opened Merchandise: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you
purchase, then you will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price. If more than 1/4 of the
product has been used, a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be granted. (Excluding
larger items like, Qts. and Gallons of Oil; no refund is available for these opened items)
Once we receive the package back a determination of refund amount will be made.
Freight charges are excluded from refunds. All Unopened Merchandise: Within 30 days
for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping/handling charges). Only one opened
package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a
factory sealed container for refund. Packages refused at the time of delivery will be
considered a return and are subject to a 15% restocking
